محکمہ خوراک خیبرپختونخواہ کے پریس ریلیز کے مطابق

صوبائی وزیر خوراک جناب ظاہر شاہ طورو کی زیر صدارت آج مورخہ 14.10.2024 محکمہ خوراک ضلعی افسران کا اجلاس منعقد کیا گیا ۔اجلاس میں سیکرٹری محکمہ خوراک جناب ثاقب رضا اسلم ،ایڈیشنل سیکرٹری محکمہ خوراک اشفاق احمد ، ڈائریکٹر محکمہ خوراک مسرت زمان اور دیگر سینئر افسران نے شرکت کی ۔ اجلاس میں صوبائی وزیر نے اپنے حالیہ دورہ چترال اور دیر اپر کے بارے میں تفصیلات بتائی اور ہدایات جاری کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تمام ضلعی دفاتر کے لئے ضروری آلات یعنی موسچر میٹر ،تھر مامیٹر اور چھوٹے وزن کانٹے کا بندوست کیا جائے ۔انھوں نے مزید ہدایات جاری کی کہ محکمے میں ڈیجیٹلازیش کے عمل کو جلد از جلد مکمل کیا جائے ۔تا کہ نہ صرف کارکردگی بہتر ہوسکے بلکہ شفافیت کو بھی یقینی بنایا جائے ۔انھوں نے محکمے کے پاس زخیرہ شدہ گندم کی حفاظت اور دیکھ بھال کے بارے میں بھی ہدایات جاری کی ۔

صوبائی وزیر خوراک نے ضروری اشیاء خوردونوش کی قیمتوں کو اعتدال کو رکھنے کے لئے محکمے کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے مارکیٹ انسپکشن کے عمل کو مزید تیز اور موثر کرنے کا حکم جاری کیا ۔

صوبائی وزیر نے ضلعی افسران کے مسائل کے بارے میں آگاہی حاصل کی۔اور ان کے مسائل کو حل کرنے کے لئے موقع پر ہدایات جاری کیں ۔ جناب ظاہر شاہ طورو نے مزید کہا کہ ہر مہینے محکمے کی کارکردگی جانچنے کے لئے ایسے اجلاس منعقد کیے جائنگے۔

PRESS RELEASE ISSUED BY THE FOOD DEPARTMENT, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

              Provincial Food Minister Mr. Zahir Shah Touro presided over a meeting of District Officers of Food Department held today on 14.10.2024. The meeting was attended by Secretary Food Department Mr. Saqib Raza Aslam, Additional Secretary Food Department Ashfaq Ahmed, Director Food Department Musarrat Zaman and other senior officers. In the meeting, the Provincial Minister gave details about his recent visit to Chitral and Dir Upper and issued instructions that necessary equipment i.e. moisture meter, thermometer and small weight fork should be made available for all District offices. He further directed that the digitalization process in the department should be completed as soon as possible. So that not only performance can be improved but transparency should also be ensured. He also issued instructions regarding the safety and maintenance of stored wheat.

             Appreciating the efforts of the department to moderate the prices of essential food items, the Provincial Food Minister issued an order to speed up and make the market inspection process more efficient. The Provincial Minister enquired about the problems of the district officers and issued instructions on the spot to solve their problems.             He further said that such meetings will be held every month to assess the performance of the department.
